I also expirienced the "insta" transfer. Just hit the Button in your Office and you are at the new location (Then Phone on the Captains Desk is the secret location
). Would be nice if you have to move your sub yourself through gibraltar. But if nobody has a solution this is a thing you have to "simulate" by yourself.
