I did an update on the "all work done so far" packet by pascal.

Not included is his Officer Icons mod, cause i think there´re interesting alternatives out there.
I´ll try to update this file as often as possible, lets hope Pascal will continue his work for long. 
Included are (list maybe incomplete)
-improvements for the look of the crew
-improvement for the dials
-improvements for people in harbour
-improved splash + smoke
-improved sub textures for type VII (updated)
-improved Ocean foam + submarine wake (includes work by Ailantd)
-improved periscope
all credit goes to Pascal, he´s a great artist.
My hope is that he´s going to retexture the whole game.

question to pascal: is the 2. binocular file an addition or an alternative to the first on? I´ve put both in the texture folder.
