No I don't remember anybody being able to run SH2 windowed. There is a black screen blanker in the background also (ALT-F4 after minimizing kills it and the game can run without it, it just hides the desktop while switching menu screens) . This is the closest you can get to being able to switch beteen game and desktop/other applications, I'm afraid
