Was there supposed to be a 4th part? I have found some additional textures but I wanted to wait until you have uploaded everything you have.
The camo skins are not so much my thing, but for me, Fubars VIIC Schlickgrau 58 (contained in Pt1) was worth the download alone. I adjusted the colors somewhat to my taste (essentially making it greyer) and now my boat looks like this (SH4):
