I've never had any problems with aircraft at 128 tc yet, although before changing to GWX (isn't it great?) I resorted to travelling submerged during the day when in range of aircraft because there were so many of the damn things buzzing around. The volume of aircraft seems much reduced in GWX, although it's only 1940 just yet so threre's plenty of time!
You wouldn't have thought that a dirty great ship would sneak up on me under tc though.
