Where did you download JSGME from?

If you still continue to have an issue try adding JSGME to the programs exception list. What this will do is stop Nortons from scanning it and thinking that it is a virus of some sort.

As I can honestly tell you the link above to the program is virus free.

Furthermore when Nortons expires. Perhaps look at using a different security program and one that is alot more efficient than Nortons
