Can you calculate range with these scopes? If so how?

Is it the same as arclights? i.e

OBS

@1.5 Mast Height x 100/Bars= Range
@6 ast Height x 400/Bars= Range

Attack Scope

@1.5 Mast Height x 50/Bars= Range
@6 ast Height x 200/Bars= Range

???
