It is a problem with the game . I have exactly the same problem . But my graphic card driver doesnt meet minimum specs . It does exactly the same . In outside views the game freezes and then the card clicks and i have to turn the computer off and start again . Disclaimer , my graphic card driver doesnt meet the required specs and there is no other drivers .
Does your system come up with all the minimum specs ticked green ? If the answer is yes then there is something wrong with the game ..........
