it seems to be in a config file games I find the solution to my "enigma".
actually I want to add data to enrich suplementary same fictitious map navigation such as ice, melting snow, ice, drift, ice pressure, powerful drift, unfettered seamanship, navigation channels, etc. ... the only solution for now would be to use the file locationNames.mis like city names or port this on the card, but I know it is the exact coordinates on this map navigation, the new data I am located.
