If you see them, do not try to apprehend or approach. Call the police. These men are not armed but are dangerously stupid. The one on the right...no, left...I mean your right as you face them...well, the big one is, we think, the ringleader. The smaller...um, shorter one is known to pant and drool a lot. If you get too close he might knock you down and lick your face.
