WB's ''fuel economy'' mod is known to be incompatible only with the mod that alters the ''crash dive'' depth. I don't know the name of this particular mod. Do you also have this mod enabled? Other than this, i don't have a clue. As a last resort open a thread where you'll be addressing the problem. There is a high probability that WB or anyone else who knows better will show up to assist you.
