The default for enemy may be 8,64 and I had already changed mine to 1,8. I've already dug around changing up settings when I first got the game so its hard to remember.
At any case you can look in the main.cfg and it will show you what its set to and there you can change it to whatever you'd like it to drop down to when detecting enemy.
