Sorry to hear that.

What I did for testing was

1. Quit the game
2. Navigated to ...\data\Cfg\commands.cfg
3. Deleted the capital 'C' from the crash_dive command
4. Double checked your mod active
5. Launched game and hit Shift+V from the CR
6. Heard the playbacks you selected for the chrash_dive script

Hope that I did not miss anything
