This is tough, I'd have to think all the way back to the last minutes I was playing.
While admiring the the stars of the night sky and getting ready to dock at the Corrientes supply ship, I looked up and noticed I was doing 14 kts on collision course... managed to slow down and veer away enough to just scrape the side a bit.
