Go to Hardocp.com as well. It's one of the best sites on the web for straight truth when it comes to system hardware performance.

With regards to GTX cards being the curret "high performance" cards...that's sort of gone the way of the do-do bird with the release of the ATI 5870. It pretty much beats up on the lastest GTX cards from Nvidia outside of the GTX 295....and the ATI 5970 beats up on that one for the most part. lol
