Well my friend, go here:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=155786 then scroll down to the "Large Super Mods" section and pick one! They all have their ups and downs but the two most used ones (I 'm pretty sure) are TMO and RFB. I personally use RFB but that matters little as everyone has their own preference. Good luck.
