Speaking from a modding position. SH5 is far superior base to previous releases. The other ones are so inferior as a matter of fact, that I'd never consider them usable for what I plan to do. And believe me, I plan a lot.

It's because you have an ATI cards. You absolutely MUST turn off shadows on an NVIDIA card to get a smooth experience.
