I received a 'report' from a large law firm today.....it's circulated to subscribers......it pointed out words to the effect that xyz committee had made a bunch of recommendations. Apparently the government adopted some but
disguarded others.
Disguarded. I kid you not. From a large commercial law firm in a publication circulated throughout business communities.
I nearly called them. I might on Monday.

You'll find this everywhere. Sometimes I burst out laughing at work because of some of the things people have written where they clearly have no idea that what they
really wrote is completely different from what they
think they wrote. Journalists do it, too.
So for everyone who says it doesn't matter, I send them those bits of Orwell's essay. I have it saved at work for exactly that reason.
