Uhh huh, well the first one of my crew that winks at me that way is gonna walk the plank.
Kidding aside, I know that the characters are quite capable of many kinds of facial movements cause the faces apparently are quite articulated.
Watch the WO's facial animation. There's quite a few articulations there. But so far he seems the only one with them programmed,(at least on a regular basis) as the rest are all stone faced.
