Chances are the website thats hosting the image has either renamed the file, or changed its location.
They can see any unauthorised file access in their server logs, if somone noticed it being accessed by anything other than one of thier own website pages, they will do something about it.
Some people take offence to "link theft", especially if you dont have permission to use the image from its owner.
I'd suggest getting yourself an image hosting service, theres plenty around that are free
, then you wont need to worry about it.
