Could you edit by yourself with notepad?
open the file \data\menu\pages\Page Default Hud.ini
[G0A I261]
Zone= -519 390 200 720 0 1 0xA1B0006 1 0 0xA1B0015 -1 0 -1000 -20
change the red value from -1000 to -( your xResolution - 260)
added say, .exe file do above thing automatically.
