after below tests I think you are right.

Modlist:

GWX3 Gold
GWX 3 Wilhemshafen,St Naz,Schluese and xtra ships V5
U-Boat Bases Map with New St Nazaire
OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Option 4 ~ Environment with EDE and GUI with LRT
OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ MkIId Update (Enable After MkIIc)
DFant_subFlag_2010
FM_NewInterior_V1.0
FM_NI_Fix_for_OLC_GUI_001
Aces' Combined SH3.SDL Files v2

Test 3:

New Campaign out of Königsberg - no problems

Test 4:

New campaign out of Wilhelmshaven - CTD

Test 5:

New campaign out of St. Nazaire - no Problems

My rig has 2GB main memory - seems to be a memory problem with BBW´s New Wilhelmshaven.
