Perhaps to be completely clear I should have written install with JSGME last in that post, as you only have to install the folder relevant for your uboat etc. I'll just change that in the #1 post, to avoid confusion.

I hope this helped. Manual installation shouldn't be necessary, if you just install the appropriate folder for your uboat/conning tower/camouflage combination found inside the main .zip file.

If you still have problems installing with JSGME, please let me know.
