It's easy to justify return based on the fact you can't play it a lot of the time on the weekend as has been the case the last couple. Couldn't play yesterday afternoon either for a while. It's akin to having a defective dvd ! Besides which, all retailers are painfully aware of the DRM mess and are NOT in favor of it. They see it as a step towards "Pay to Play Online " which cuts out the need for retailers like themselves. The worst they'll do is offer an in store credit. In my case I got a full refund. This was from a large North American chain who is bombarding Ubi with complaints from what they told me....
