I did switched back to sound card cause onboard sound allowed me to cheat. It makes a constant noise that pitch changes every time the CPU does its work. When i did turn my sonar then those changes in tone pitch allowed me to detect ships WAY before game did it any way!

So you know, you can upgrade your virtual sonar using real life hardware...
