No such problem here, in first time i used the dot system and make my torpedo officier more effective with max passive upg for speed, no changement seen, good accuracy, recently i tried TDC and loved it, just more realistic and accurate, 100% accuracy even with front and back fire solution
and can hit at more than 3km with side fire solution.
