I couldnt hold myself and bought the game even if its half/not evenhalf finished

Guess reading this foruns on a regular basis gave me the urge to give it a shot

So, I´m playing the game (5 sinks already, 4 with auto targeting in the tutorial mission, 1 with good ol fast-90 technique

) and I must say I kinda enjoy this new story line thing, its fun, It makes you think you are really part of the big picture and I really like this kind of interaction instead of having only to click the map at the office room and get my assignment.
But still...
I must say I really miss the old style campaign/career of its predecessors, it felt more authentic and historic acurrate just to get assigned to a patrol area and "be agressive"

Also I have the feeling that once I´m finished with this campaign or bored by its unhistorical atmosphere of the stock, I´ll uninstall/shelve the game and go back to SH3/4.

This stock campaign may be interesting at the begginging but it takes away the random factor of beggining a new career.

So, there´s anyone of you guys planning or already have a WIP on making a mod to enable the old style campaigns/careers?

PS: Anyone working on the KM map grid yet? Can I help/contribute in some way? If yes, any help where could I eddit such a thing?
