Thanks. I'm on Steam actually. It seems I didn't need to do it that way, but simply copying the voices from
\data\LngGameData\voices\German\Data\Sound\Speech\
to the sound dir at the game root.

but now the problem is that their lips don't move at all

any suggestions?
