Thanks! I have 2000 in mine, and I'm using the Silent Hunter 5 US retail version.

I wonder if this should be in a JSGME mod, though: JSGME will tell us if a new mod we install changes zones.cfg. If we just edit the file it will be forgotten about by the next time we install a new mod.
