OTOH I find realistic the way things are in the game. Based on the movies I saw, IRL the procedure should have been something like this:
plane spotted > ALARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRM > 4 people evacuate the CT > the last one closes and seals the hatch > skipper orders crash dive
This should have taken well above the 10 seconds needed for us to climb down the ladder and order the dive. So, I'm okay with the time it takes me to get below. I even take the time to close the hatch myself
