You are given second chances before you get keelhauled, by receiving warnings, PMs from moderators or Neal, being asked to play by the rules. Brigtime is such a second chance, a last warning, so to speak. Standards are not standards when they are open to unlimited debate, redefinition, ma favourite: endless relativising, and deal-making. At one point people need to reach that line in the sand that says: until here and not one step further. Offenders are not to negotiate the "law" and by that negotiating the conditions of their "penalty". They get submitted to the "law" and the sanctions in it like anyone else, full stop.

Regarding that pathetic statement that subsim is dying: considering the circumstances of the poster, I think that is not an observation, but qualifies more as wishful thinking.
