Indischen Halbinsel -> Indische Halbinsel
Newfoundland -> Neufundland
Sweden -> Schweden
Rümänien -> Rumänien
Açores -> Azoren
Tenerife -> Teneriffa
Half of the names are in their native languages while the other half is translated...
What to do? Translate all of 'em?
