Hey Reece,

(first of all excuse me by my poor english...)

Just a bit OT comments, forgive me mate...

After these 5 years Iīm also bulding my own "selfmade" big patch for Sh3 1.4b. I guess that i will call it patch 1.5 (big patch, not big mod)

The main reason is that all big mods always have things that we like and others that we really donīt like. Another reason is the huge loading times...and the worst: some bugs that you only discouver late on campaign...like "some odd save game bugs related to some new units that are then putting deeper on the campaign files and is more easy to rebuild all from scrath because then you can also get rid of all that stuff that you donīt like".... type of thing

And donīt forget the skins: I like then weathered others prefer them like a Revell model in itīs standard paint.

So, will be good to have a SH3 "new" patch with only bug fixes and if some new material will be added it needs to be really bug free. Sh4 guys already have this work done.

I spent all my free time these last 2 weeks on this work. I alreday have made a lot of integration: lifeboats, water strean, new interiors with new goods on it, no damage when on the botton, new tower from WAC, Anvarts antenas flags and penants, long repair time mod, all that old fixes like cables and reflexion, undersea textures and flora/rocks like sh4, new air power mod with the last rockets fix and so on. I will this week start to look at the campaign adding probably only the old Harbour Traffic 1.47 mod and will late add a mediterraneun campaign.

The goal is to have in the end small campaign files with almost only the default units...but with all the new standards fixes and late mods.

Well, cooming back to your requestion: i also should like those new reworked units. If you find them please let me know too!
