Damned! We must know what is the difference beetween we and thoses wich have the same config and have sun halo... Please somebody help! (somebody who have an nvidia card and sun glare of course ok!

I would like to show how is the halo which doesn't works fine (to be sure)... Here is a none working halo. Could someone who think his halo works post here with a screenshot and config/version of nvidia driver and setting of nvidia control panel please?
Here is my screenshot. We can see some effect but no shinny sun...
