I think the d3d9.dll itself originated from Kegetys, it wasnt just for SH3 in the first place and can modify other games as well.

Im have a pretty basic NVIDIA card and was playing around with the Periscope ui, but it seems to make it work like the other views I would have to relocate all buttons from right to left, an insane task if I dont know which item is where in the menu_1024_768.ini, too much work without a list of gui items, by any chance is there any
