Some of my favorites that I can't live without:
SH3Commander is always a must have! I also highly recommend PT's Sound pack - it adds ALOT to the immersion
Racerboy's flags look fantastic as well and his SH4 Effects will blow your mind. Rubini's Exhaust/Waterstream CombiMOD just looks cool.
And I'm pretty sure they're all available in the DL section...
