I was gonna say the same thing. I have 80% of those mods, and not a single one conflict. So there's no point in merging anything yet.
I do however have no use for the HotKey Commands, as i have my own version. Not really interested in the free cam tweak, as i don't have free cam enabled. And i sorta like mashing my mouse on the XO's face
