Sounds strange I've played last night and found a large convoy on my return to base.Used TC 1024 a lot of times to get to my assigned grid.
I had two eels left. It was storm and rain. Not just a little bit rain but a lot. Gave me good cover to intercept the convoy and sink a troop ship with my last to eels.
