TF Green Airport in Rhode Island is much closer to New London.

Fall River is about equidistant between Boston and RI airports but getting from RI would be a lot less traffic depending on time of day.

Then there is The Constitution docked right in Charlestown just across the river from Bostons Logan Airport.
