I had to stop this since I'm currently stationed at Kiel.
It's one thing to have to sail all the way 'round Denmark, but then I get stuck in a
"1x TC only" zone on the way into Keil (due to the proximity of land).
Oddly, it doesn't seem to be a problem on the way out.
