There may be something i the commands.cfg or menu.ini that controls this.
Looking at the file structure, it looks like a lot of stuff has been recycled from SH 3 and 4 so I wouldn't be surprised if it was in there somewhere.
If it is there, some modder is gonna find it eventually.
But in the game as it is at the moment? No.
