So I guess I'm the only one that did get a manual.

Not a bad one either, though you'll still have to learn to work the TDC yourself; manual only goes into detail on getting a solution with aid of that minimap... enough to get you playing without scratching your head too much, but not enough for the 'hardcore' crowd.
