editbin_SH3.bat, editbin.exe, link.exe and mspdb80.dll

Unpack, copy to EditBin folder sh3.exe file and run editbin_SH3.bat...
Attention! editbin.exe does not create "backup" file...

Sorry Anvart , can you explain what is this for, What it will improve over The SHIII running on XP???
