Ah yes BdU told me to go to grid CA85 and I said 'Yeah right'
So I was looking for something juicy. Oh Ho is that Liverpool I see with no one to guard it ? Oh big deal a Brit PT boat ( Elco ?? ) and a Armed Trawler. The Elco was goofing off going around in large circles and the trawler was fishing instead of patroling ( at least it looked that way.)
PD all the way from about 600m from the rivers mouth to right in the middle of the harbor and nothing but a fishing boat going back and forth up and down the river at 8 kts.
This looks promising.
Oh lookie here the big bad wolf is away after all and there are three good size sheep in their pens............er ships in their docks.
Now if I can just slip by this fisherman.
Ah here we are.
And there is sleeping beauty.
Oh did I wake you up ? Gee I'm sorry.
Now I lay me down to sleep.
Then I turned around ( with the attack scope ) and there was this lusious C2 just waiting to be plucked.
I'll bet thats gonna hurt.
Underwater fireworks.
I hit this C2 eight more times and later surfaced and hit it with
All my ammo and she still did not sink.
There was one more T2 Tanker in its bearth and I put my last four fish under her belly and she either would not sink, both just burned.
I took about a four days to get back to 'Lorient' and still no report on either the T2 or C2 sinking.

What a waste of torps and ammo.
But I did get the first T2......Yeah..as my crew said.
I sliped out of 'Liverpool' just as easy as I came in and wouldn't you know it, there was TWO convoys at two different angles ( one off to the NW and the other to the SW of the mouth of 'Liverpools' river ( don't know name of river ).
Of course I was out of
everything and had to get as far out of their way as possible.
Gee was I glad to get back to port.
P.S. I'm useing "Harbour traffic 1.44 and 1.45 along with a few other small modes, so these Brit ships in Liverpool harbor were the doing of the SH3 devs I guess for Rubini did not make any AI ships for the enemy harbors, at least I don't think he did ?
Anyway it was a good but SLOW trip @ 1 and 4 TC up and down the river.
