New Barracks screen has been developed
today, it took me the all day to finish up this
screen and give it the look he has now,
the all text tooltips and buttons have been
relocated on the graphic to give a better
look and view, text font has been changed
to fit the open File type writer style..

It is going slowly but in the direction I wanted
this things take a lot of time and patience and
most of all have Menu-ini Changes that take
endless hours to search and modifie...
