Yep
Make some time, learn the skills, gain experience, get stuck in and share the load!
Anyone can learn a little bit.
There is no other way - you cannot start paying a modder, (at least not in public
) it would be a disaster and probably result in bad feelings and a lawsuit or 10.
The Publisher would go nuts if you didnt get their permission, modifiying the contents of licensed software and distributing it for FREE is already treading on thin ice from a legal perspective.
But 'FREE' is the only reason they are cool with us doing it - generally speaking.
