To me that doesn't sound like a crash to desktop, that sounds like a crash of Windows. I assume you have to restart your system when this happens...
I think ntdll.dll is one of the central pieces of Windows, if it's saying there's a problem in module ntdll.dll, that's bad news..
Sorry, don't know beyond that...there's probably a LOT of things that it could be, it's only if it keeps happening in SH3 that I'd even think of blaming the game for it.
