Corrected the Manila Industry above, it is OK now.
You'll never guess what I was doing, I couldn't understand why after I kept changing the position it kept going back to the place I first placed it.
The reason: I was loading the wrong mission, so I wasn't even in Manila, Duh!
Any way as I said the position above is fine now if you want to change it, sorry about that, at least I won't do that again.
