I reinstalled the game and... nothing changed.
What's intresting, after deleting last gamesave (which probably caused this problem) everything is OK again. Looks like last save was realy badly corrusted as it crashed the game.

Sadly this can be common on some peoples installations and I doubt it will never be known why
