I put Liverpool where it should be on the map. It might not be perfect because of the size of the harbour, I had to move it down river a bit, but it is better than where it was before.

I've posted the new coordinations, you can delete the entries of Liverpool from the Data - Terrain - Locations.cfg and copy and paste these new ones in. I left the old co-ordinations after the ;; marks in case you want them back.
Also I added another dock on the opposite side of the river to add more life and scenery, you can paste this at the bottom of the Locations.cfg file but you may have to change this number [Location 226] to the next number you have in your cfg file as I have added more entries in mine.
